So called Sunnis in Muharram : Naooudhubillah, the Shiites are beating themselves in mourning. Thats haraam! Yes, but the majority of us dont even fulfil our obligation of the daily prayers. And the Shiites will respond with : We love the ahlul bayt thats why we do this. Okay, although I dont agree with that logic, the vast majority of Shiites I know dont fulfil their obligation of the daily prayers either. The point Im trying to make is, how can one say to the another you are wrong when youre not even doing what is obligated. People need to take a hard look in the mirror and assess themselves before condemning others to the hell-fire. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said that the prayer is what differentiates the Muslim from non-Muslims. So if youre not fulfilling the prayer then the question; what is differentiating you from a non-Muslim? takes precedence over what differentiates you from another Muslim. Answer the former and maybe then we can move on to the latter.
