So.... crazy soccer game this morning. The team we were playing against were pushing and elbowing our kids and stuff... apparently when our goalie had the ball in his hands one of the kids from the other team was kicking his hands. Our coach said something to the other coach (to protect her kids) and he started screaming at her. He screamed shut up to her. Ticked me off because a man screaming at a woman to shut up in front of at least 25 young boys...what an example! The Ref stepped in and stopped it. After the game were leaving the field and our coach yells to her son asking him if hes going with his father. A mother from that team huffs and says shes so loud and rude. I said to her Better than a man screaming shut up to a woman in front of 25 impressionable boys. She said that our coach told her husband to shut up first thats why he said that. Then she said honey, didnt she tell you to shut up? The jerk coach said no, she told me I need to learn how to coach. (Hahaha...her husband didnt even back her up) I said its still not right for a man to scream like that in front of all those boys. He said he will scream like that if the woman deserves it . I said Id teach my boys respect and if it was my coach doing that then Id have a conversation with my coach. Its not right. Well, I walked away to my car and as I was putting my stuff in the back of my car I was telling the boys to never tell a woman to shut up and to respect women. I hear a voice behind me saying I will tell a woman to shut up if needed. (Jerk coach was parked beside me...go figure) I said that may be fine in your house, but my kids will learn respect. Then his wife starts saying to me you need to teach your kids to not eat donuts (because my weight...My boys are skinny and active...seriously?) Then jerk coach chimes in the same thing.. I was in my car by then, Windows down driving off and said you need to get some morals...wife of jerk coach said something else and I told jerk coach to lay off the steroids. My boys even agreed it was wrong. I was super pissed off. I am filing a complaint against jerk coach.
