So dis is da truth and nuthing but! I was calling Sand Island - TopicsExpress

So dis is da truth and nuthing but! I was calling Sand Island where Mike Coleman has been working long time, I had neva really talked to Hopper and certainly knew about him. He stands tall, has my drug of choice and surfs great, way better dan average surfer (I feel average). Jimmy Blears was contacting me before he went Sand Island but efforts were stopped by family, he attempted Sand Island, got early retirement and his lifeguard pension, was asked to leave for bad participation (you are asked to leave when you might hurt da whole group!). Many of us know Jimmy died after being dropped off in downtown Honolulu across da street from his bank! Sand Island (not Mike) intake folks reminded me I had to quit methadone (120mg daily too!), Valium (10mg 2Xs daily) and of course no medical marijuana patients at all. So you rise to da occasian, just watched my 6 year old only very bonded to me son and his mother who I will always like and respect too (we had child for gods sake!) drive away down da street, as my boy cried too. 3 ER visits (telling dem I will kill myself, by taking all dis meds lady!) and 2 licensed Care homes later (couple months, I think) I was told by all Professionals on Big Island - Hawaii who I was able to talk too dat stopping my medication at 59 was out of da question, not medically recommended at all based on my history. So, I went to where da winners are, Tom Catton and NA folks in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii and did my medically not recommended kick on da street, until Dr. Kevin Kunz bought me one way ticket to Sand Island (I paid him back). Today I got my clean date (April 1, 2011) after going to Sand Island and Salvation Army ARC (I was kicked out Sand Island too!). BUT, you see Jimmys death was so selfish, Bruce Lee was kind enough to keep in touch and send me clips. So today I deal with all dis by talking to companions and confidants and building Harm Reduction Counseling Hawaii - HRCH, my mission is simple man.....kokua da Host culture where I, and my mom chose to live and die too. My son is with his mother in Hilo, I do not see him often enough...cannot go against mom........however....I get survival tribe here, plenty land too, plenty damage for me to do too.....da land da takers will neva imagine (good)............my son will come when da time is right, I will be so pono too, cant wait...but hey...one day at a time.............BB
