So earlier I went to Kohls out of curiosity if they had Detroit Tigers Playoffs stuff. So on the display theres playoffs shirts and other Tigers shirts and the sign above them says MLB Apparel 40% off and lists prices.... Get to the register and it comes up at full price...I said to the cashier the sign says 40% off and then she calls someone in apparel and a guy comes up to the register and says the playoffs apparel isnt on sale. I then said well its false advertising and the sign didnt say anything about excluding playoffs apparel. He gets all mad and argued with me a little and he finally told the cashier to take the 40% off. They both knew it wouldve lost a sale if they didnt honor their own sale prices and obviously they didnt want that. So on top of the 40%, I had a coupon for 15% off also...I got my nice Tigers Champs shirt nice and cheap!! I love when it works to my advantage!!!!
