So excited to report that I went to my dr this morning for an annual checkup !! Was a little nervous bc this was the first time I had seen this doctor since stopping my anti-depressants, hormones, protonics and blood pressure .. Well he was thrilled at my progress!! The last time I seen him was December of 2012 ( I was about 3 months behind in seeing him because I missed an appointment ) well when I saw him the last time I was 206 pounds .. Today I weighed 184 .. Now mind you not all of this is while on Plexus but heres what I found interesting .. From Dec 2012 till Jan 2014 I lost 16 pounds .. Yay for me !! But from January 27 2014 till today ( about 9 weeks ) I have lost 6 pounds and gotten off all my medication.. My blood pressure was normal today and the doctor said to keep doing what Im doing !! He took the ingredient list of our products and my card and said he was hanging on to them and that I obviously found a product that really worked !!! I feel so much better and love my Plexus Life !!!
