So far I have prepped & packed: 3 meals of fish, brown rice & roasted Brussels Sprouts. several snacks of sliced mini peppers & pecan halves I still need to prep my salad greens & some Cantaloup. I cleaned/reorganized my freezer so I have plenty of fruit/milk/OJ for smoothies. Im glad Ive decided to start developing this habit now. With warmer weather comes more riding. Im almost always starving thru a ride. Now, I can carry a snack or 2 with me!!
