So fed up with the Stevenage Lister SurgiCentre. I had an operation with them last year for diagnostic purposes. Writing to my GP, they confirmed they had done the operation, but omitted the diagnostic outcome (sometimes this surgery is done for other reasons) In addition she tells me that they have said they also performed another procedure, to which I never gave consent. This is not to mention the appalling bedside manner I encountered and the inaccurate and dangerous advice I was given for follow up treatment. I have only had four hours sleep and went back to bed for twenty minutes before being woken up, yes, by the Postman. So all this is weighing on my mind, especially as the whole experience was so traumatic in the first place.
