This is my vision for Life is a Verb Camp. Camp is so amazing, and it could be even richer, deeper, more meaningful, and a greater voice for good in the world if we increase the diversity there and keep our focus on being an inclusive community. This is my number one goal for Camp 2015 and beyond. I am open to any and all suggestions on how to make this a reality. I want to increase the diversity among our speakers and workshop leaders. In 2015, we have three keynote speakers, a woman of color and two men with disabilities. We need people of color to teach Create! sessions and give Focus and Spark talks. I will post a link to the Call for Presentations in the comments. The community that has formed at Camp is an amazing group. Ive never experienced anything like it. And I know we have a real opportunity to challenge our assumptions and grow with the inclusion of new voices.
