So finally agitation for change in CSAT succeded ! Could there have been any such agitation for the change in recruitment system , so that only those who want to provide an effective administration can enter the Civil Services ? Frankly speaking , administrative machinery has become so much unresponsive and a plain self-serving , that even the honest and truly dedicated officers are feeling suffocated and helpless ! Recruitment and Training mechanism for Civil Service does need an overhaul , so that Citizens can get the best functioning Governance !
