So frustrated, with this science stuff for Morgan!! I just dont understand how to help her!! The teacher, kept denying her projects, which lowered her grade, not because Morgan wasnt doing the work, just because the teacher didnt like her project ideas & now she denied her research paper on the same project, she finally approved!!! What more can Morgan do??? This is so stressful!! My normal 100% A student in science, had an F right now, because of this stupid project & not from lack of doing the work!! Plus she has a 0% showing for this Gizmo account thing, but she has already set it up & she has been using & the teacher keeps saying she hasnt set it up yet!! Morgan is getting so stressed out & I dont even know how to help her right now!! I really dont get it!?!?!?!?! We have emailed the teacher, trying to get some help, but not getting anywhere!! Is it really gonna come down to me going over the teachers head again, like I had to last year with her history teacher constantly loosing assignments?!?!?!? I know my kid isnt perfect, but when she is working her butt off & I even see her doing it & we are trying to help, but the teacher keeps denying her work, what are we supposed to do???? Any of my LaVilla families, past & present, have any ideas on how to help her???? Or does anyone have or did they have Mrs. Pickett for science & know what she expects from these kids?!?!?!? I so wish she had Mrs. Barber again, she loved her & never had any issues in her class or any science class before this year!! Science is Morgans favorite & best subject, this is crazy!! Plus it is lowering her GPA, which has always been a 3.5 or better, which is really upsetting our, major perfectionist of a child!! Prayers, that we can figure this out & ease the stress we are all dealing with over it!! I have never been very good when it came to academics, but I was strong in science & I have no clue how to help her, it is way over my head!! I feel helpless, when it comes to helping her these days, I am just not smart enough (academically) to help my kids these days!!
