So has anyone on here suffered achilles heel pain. This is at the point where the tendon attaches to the bone. Both feel perminantely bruised and unable to run properly since Bolton. In the mornings I can hardly walk. Ive been used to achilles pain as I had a full rupture that was stitched. The tendons dont swell at all almost like sutures take hold to bone and tear a little when attempting to run. I have always been very supply and stretch off well. Any advice would be good. Im due to meet up with Gary Burns for some of his excercises for tendinitis but just trying to pin point any specific conditions.
