So here is my progression for that elusive one armed chin up. Its quite simple, grab the bar with one hand and with the other grab a rope/TRX/band. Anything at all that will aid you with this movement. First step is to start at the top of the rope, once you can comfortably complete three reps with each arm move your hand further down the rope. Remember the lower your hand is the less youre using that arm. Keep progressing like this until your hand is in line with your hip. Then you should be ready for step two!! D-DAY IS HERE At this point I recommend: 1. Grabbing a witness 2. Chalk up 3. Take a deep breath, dont panic. Shits about to happen 4. Attempt a one armed chin 5. Walk out of the gym with your head held high and the biggest smile you can muster. You my friend have just conquered what mere humans cannot. You have just conquered the one armed chin!
