So heres a good story: I got a flat tire on my way home from work today, and I stopped on the Margaret Hunt Bridge, right before Beckley. It was in the middle of the afternoon. I have a good hydraulic jack, and a good wrench so changing a tire is no big deal. As soon as I took out my jack, this guy parked right in front of me. He asked do you need help? I said no thanks man, Im good its just a flat. Without saying much at all he grabbed the wrench and the jack from me and HE CHANGED MY TIRE! Now, obviously this guy knew his way around a car, and it took him all of 5 minutes, but who does that for a complete stranger? I offered to buy him some beers or lunch, and he said No. Nothing. and he was gone. I was blown away by the random act of kindness. Ill be passing it on soon. Everyone should.
