So i go into work today an i see my store manager talkin wit my department supervisor an as i was wonder about what about half an hr latter they come back to me an give me a certificate for applyin myself an what ive learn in the past 5 month towards good customer service to use...i was recognized for helpin a guy out when no one else wanted to...not in that sense but to follow a policy is one but to help a customer out becuz thats what u want to do an it makes u happy to help i did so..e to find out i was helpin a older guy maybe early 40`s with a door that were not allowed to cut in store get cut due to policy i did it anyway as another guy i would believe is his father very old guy comes up to us smiling...he says r u helpin us out young man...an i say yes sir y wouldnt i...an he says no one else wanted to...so our conversation went on for a few an by the time i was done these guys were happy which made feel happy to actually see ppl appreciating ur help an tha can actually change their point of view on the soviety we live in...i was then stopped by my store manager again after i was done an smiles an says i knw were suppose to stick to policy but how did the door come an was the customer happy an i said yes it came out great...to ever believe ur down in life always remember to be nice an help others even when ur down n out becuz u will get recognized it will change ur view on life an helpin out an it does pay off...this i learned from my fam...especially my mother an father role models...my department supervisor nods wit a smile an i knw he is recognized also for bein my mentor at work an his good leadership...if any of u who made it this far readin this i appreciate ur time bein a changed person for urself is key will also change others as a person too...im fukin happy for myself today an thats all ima continue to be everyday
