So if anybody remembers, a few months back I was looking at getting a training / casual shirt made up that better represented Wests Tigers heritage with a design that incorporated both Western Suburbs & Balmain into it... I am happy to say that thanks to a few awesome people that I spoke with I have been able to get some prototypes made up... I cannot sell them yet as before I can do that I need to complete the formalities with the NRL lisencing folks, but I was very surprised at how inviting they were to me and how simple they made it when I enquired about it, its actually very easy to get approval for this sort of thing as long as you are up front about it and pay the required fees. (I guess some of the stalls that I always thought were running illegally at the markets might be legit after all lol). Anyway the shirts are just prototypes at this point, I only have a few of them but if anyone has any suggestions on what could be changed / improved on before I seek the stamp of approval to sell them please let me know, any feedback is welcomed, I can still change the design. The main goal of this is not about making money, if I do end up being able to sell them it will be at cost value only (which at the moment would be $20/per shirt), Im not interested in making profit on them, I just wanted to get some gear out there that reflected the clubs heritage and to be honest, I dont like our current designs...
