So if there is just as high of a rate of divorce among Christian - TopicsExpress

So if there is just as high of a rate of divorce among Christian who say their wedding vows and word them in such a way as below then how are we treating our relationship with God? Are we discarding the relationship instead of fighting through the pain, dealing with the hurt and forgiven4ess and working together to create healing and growth? See Jesus is never in the wrong and this is how He looks at a relationship with a born again Christian (the chruch is called the bride of Christ-all Christians are part of this one body) “I, Jesus Christ, take you Lashawna Rose Wagner to be my daughter, for me to be the lover of your soul, the One you run to, to treasure, to have and behold from this day on, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; and even in death we chall never part.” Philippians 3:13-14 Brothers/sisters , I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Keep fighting, continue persevering, do not quit, do not give up, search God, He never leaves, He never forsakes, Remember who He is and who you are in Him! YOU ARE LOVED!
