So ladies Ive a female client coming in the door very shortly......i change her nutrition plan around and rotate food every day for a 3 day rotation, today she is eating as follows :) Meal 1: 3 eggs, 1-2 bacon, spinach TRAIN approx 1 1/2 later After training : 20g whey, 1 banana Meal 2: 200g Sweet potato, chicken, veg Meal 3: 100g salmon, green veg (half the plate) Meal 4 : 100g rump steak, broccoli, almonds....O and as a dessert she may have a little Greek yogurt mixed with berries and a couple slabs of green and black dark chocolate This is a higher fat, lowest carb day....tomorrow she will have much more carbs on her re feed day. Ps the window of opportunity is scientifically debunked so to speak but I m still a fan of centering carbs in and around training.....We are all unique. ....find what works for you...and my clients get top class results :)))
