So me and Kahneel have finally taken the plunge and decided to have a crack at Isagenix... So for the next 28 days Ill be trying out the Energy and Performance Presidents Pak with the hope of losing a few kilos and getting lean. I think I have always had the weights and training side of things covered BUT me and food have a love hate relationship. Looking forward to having more energy and getting those abs of mine back!!! Im a big believer of trying things out for yourself so here goes!! In preparation for this I have had all my measurements and body fat percentages done turns out Im about 15% . My blood pressure was extremely high and actually really shocked me so Im pretty pumped to get this show on the road. I also did some photos that I am extremely embarrassed by I wish someone could have told me my back had rolls in it I was totally grossed out by it hahaha. Excited to start my new lifestyle tomorrow so here goes hey . Big thanks to Lisa Conyers for educating me and being patient with me and my scepticism.
