So much of the language used by believers today is threaded with religious deception that it is nearly impossible to read or listen to the things people are saying about God and His kingdom without inadvertently consuming lies. The analogy that comes to mind is of a sandwich which contains cold cuts and cheese slices that fell onto a dirty floor during the sandwich making process. That sandwich may look tasty sitting there on the plate...and it may even taste great...but the unseen debris from the kitchen floor is still in that sandwich and with every bite one takes, they are consuming gross stuff that has the potential to make them ill. Now Im hungry for a sandwich. As this is only Day 2 of my current ultra low carb cycle, the reader should expect to see many more carby food analogies in the coming weeks~
