So my car died at the Sonic exit and halfway into the road :( Some awesome high school boys (Jim, Devyn and someone else) stopped to ask if I needed help and they pushed me across the street. Then, thankfully, my favorite mechanic Matt was still at the shop a couple of blocks away. He and a co-worker came to nudge the car along down the road down to the garage. So very sad I ended up missing the memorial plaque dedication for my little buddy Brock. I didnt get to hug his awesome family or thank the people who raised the money, and I was looking forward to it so much. But if I had to miss the ceremony, at least I got to be witness to and be the recipient of kindness. Seems like an equally appropriate way to remember a sweet boy.
