So, my daughter was found to have a Special Education Eligibility-Primary: Preschool Severe Delay. They had my husband sign a sheet that says: Parent Consent to Claim Medicaid Reimbursement in which they have: Services to be claimed: Speech Therapy IEP Start Date: 12/18/13 IEP End Date: 12/16/14 and Number of Hours/Events 60 MINUTES/WEEK. According to their OWN PAPERWORK, they were only giving her 15 minutes/week. When I witnessed this happening, it was within a group of around 5 children. It was not one on one. I am NOT surprised I didnt see any results.
