So my new cellphone stopped working yesterday. Fortunately I purchased the warranty insurance in case I dropped it in the washer like my last new phone. I thought that I could just walk in to the store that I bought it from and they would fix me up with a new phone right on the spot . Noooo. I actually had to mail my two month old phone to Toronto so the repair department can evaluate the phone and either repair or replace it , then mail it back to me !! How archaic !
