So my sale date has been moved. It is no longer July 17th. This is purely by accident. I had re-opened my Chapter 7 BK to strip liens and get my standing back from the BK Trustee. It did not occur to me that this would happen. I would venture to guess that this will stall things about a month. Of course I still have a Motion for Stay of Sale pending, and many watchful eyes on my case. I guess we shall see how the chips fall!
