So myself along with a friend decided to make a list of how many people it has taken to save hundreds of animals at the Ohio Co Shelter. By the time we were done we had well over 50 rescuers, fosters and transporters. Then there were numerous cross posters. These people are always there to save animals from our small town high kill shelter. Without these people helping us the euthanasia numbers would be in the hundreds during a single years time. Although Im with BHS IM also a resident of this county and an appreciative one at that!! I want to say thank you to ALL OF YOU!! Thank you for caring about the animals in this rural area. Thank You for making sure they get out and have a chance at life!! Without you we would be no where down here! It takes a ton of people working together to save these animals. The job is far more than any one person or group could ever do or claim credit for! I want to say to you personally from my heart, Thank You and please dont ever think your forgotten about from me or the group of people Im associated with. Saving lives and so many at that, is a big deal! I would hate to hear the kill numbers at the yearly fiscal court meeting if it werent for all of you. You know who you are and you are MANY. I want you to know that you are life savers, passionate animal advocates and the best kind of people around. Thank you for helping keep the numbers down at the shelter. You are all responsible for something so wonderful.
