So on Sunday, its the The Atlas Open Show. I would of loved to compete at this show, with it being organised by my local gym. However, I have taken on a challenge in my home town, and get an opportunity to compete in front of my family and close friends. An opportunity I cannot turn down. This is set to be a cracking event. I hope everyone from Atlas-Gym Sunbeds-Nutrition Centre has got a ticket and going to support not only their local gym, all the members of Atlas that are competing, but also to help make this a memorable and enjoyable bodybuilding event. Everyone in the sport should be promoting this kind of event, and making it a success year in and out. So, make sure you have got a ticket and get the atmosphere rocking. Ive seen some of the competitors from Atlas, & Alpha Training Gym and the competition is going to be fierce. I will look forward to being a part of this event next year. But still supporting it all the way this year!!!!!!!!
