So our DIRECTV bill goes up AGAIN. No notice, no warning, just ta-da, its the new billed amount. And, dont forget, less service since it couldnt negotiate with the The Weather Channel. Also be forewarned, when you call & ask to speak to a supervisor, they now charge you $5 for speaking with a person who purportedly can help you. Thats the way to reward your customers for 10 years of customer loyalty. I say purportedly, as the supervisor I spoke with disconnected the line on me trying to transfer my call. Way to go A.J.! Now we have to ask ourselves if getting all the Atlanta Braves are worth the otherwise poor service of Directv. Yes, that is the only reason we stay them every time they raise the bill, which as doubled in that 10 years.
