So our builders put in the old sink 7 inches from the counter and it was killing my back so my wonderful husband cut out the counter to move it forward and we have a new sink!!! We had a used one that we were going to use but discovered that the handles were on the left instead of right side so we had to run around town trying to find a single bowl sink. That delayed the install but now I LOVE IT!!!
