So people always say I dont know what to do at the gym heres something simple. This was a little cardio for me this morning. Warm up by doing 1 mile on the treadmill at your own pace I recommended going NO SLOWER than 4.. Bike it for 15 mins.. Elliptical for 5 min forward 5 mins backward.. Go back to the treadmill put the incline on 10 go at least 2 mph forward, side backwards, side (all 30 secs each) and 1 min forward again 30 secs if youre brave do this for 3 sets.. Fast Toe touch for 1 min, up and down with 5 lb weights 1 min, mountain climbers for 1 min Squats with weights for 1 min 30 sec rest between each... Theres 45mins to an hour for ya Easy peasy .. #happysunday #getfit #getactive #workout #cardio #easyday #gymrat
