So some folks are upset about Joe Carr not winning the primary against Senator Lamar Alexander. They are talking about a write in campaign for Joe Carr. I remember a bunch of Ron Paul fans saying they were going to write in Ron Paul instead of voting for Mitt Romney. Just like now, I tried to tell them they are not counted unless Ron Paul actually files to run as a write-in candidate in the state of TN. Nevertheless, they wrote in Ron Paul. So please someone tell me how many write in votes Ron Paul got in the state of Tennessee during the 2012 general election. I cant believe Joe Carr is not squelching this silliness. Even if he did file the papers to run as a write in, which Im led to believe he cannot, he would get fewer votes than the third party candidates. Carr would become the fringe of the fringe. This is pure sour grapes. Either vote for Alexander like a good little republican should or vote for one of the other candidates that actually support your principles. Writing in Joe Carr is about as useful as sticking your face in a toilet and screaming Joe Carrs name.
