So, squats...really doesnt have to be overly loaded as long as you keep it constantly under tension, not stopping at top or locking your knees. Squats normally involve about 90% quad activation, when you go below 90° there theres also 90° gluteal activation, so if you goal is to grow the back side, go LOW :-) Being a little critical on myself I do need to try and bring my torso a little bit more upright during the whole set, as I noticed I seemed too forward halfway through the set.
