So that was some not so pleasant news. Mike Ash is no longer able to attend. We were going to co-facilitate an art workshop, and Im still up for it, but there are a few limitations. One being that I dont have enough supplies and thats a pretty big limitation. If anyone would like to attend said workshop, please, let me know so I can figure out a plan. It would also help if anyone wanting to attend would bring some supplies with them. Sketch pads, pencils, pens, markers, pastels, even sidewalk chalk. If you have paints and brushes, bring some with you. Anything can become a canvas, anything can be used as a tool to create. Ive even done sketches with coffee and cigarette ash. We can probably find some coals somewhere to use too. Charred wood makes a fabulous tool and theres going to be plenty of that lying about. So whos up for it? Who wants to channel their energy into creating something of beauty and interest that will nourish the souls of all who see it? Im also bringing my camera and would LOVE to take advantage of our surroundings and get some of you Fae to model for me. Dont stampede to get in line, theres plenty of time for everyone.
