So the Defense Attorney prepares this big chart showing spikes in power when the A/C would come on Green Acre. (if someone could post this picture it would be helpful). And this attorney would have you believe that the A/C was out during the night/morning dur to the power usage charts. Thus, he claims that because the A/C unit in the dog room was not working properly there were no spikes in power usage, NONE! Ok, but that only explains 1 A/C unit. However, there are 2 big A/C units at Green Acre, and some window A/C units. So where are the power spikes when those A/C units came on? There are no power spikes present at all! Why? Because it was not hot enough to kick on any A/C at Green Acre! There were no power spikes because NONE of the A/C units came on! The Defense argument about the A/C shutting off is nothing but a smoke screen that our great County Attorney cannot see through! The real fact is Animal Cruelty occurred when 28 dogs were crammed into a 9 by 12 room! That is the case Mr. County Attorney. Too bad you cannot see it through that smoke screen!!!!!
