So ... the Koch Brothers own CBS, WTIC AND Johnny G ??? Nothing To See, Go Back To Sleep by Joey Bourgoin Getting a lot of interesting suggestions from callers about what they plan to do with the Supremacys $55 rebate this year, if it ever really happens. I plan to give it to the campaign of the Republican candidate for Governor, Im giving it to the CCDL, the group contesting the new gun laws, Im going to Massachusetts and fill up my gas tank, I think they should use it to reduce the debt. The ideas go on, but do you believe that the $55 will produce 1,000 new jobs by stimulating the economy , as the Supremacy declares? This legislative session has been declared the jobs session, yet no one has seen one idea that will help businesses hire new people. I think it should be called the snooze session because there is nothing new or exciting that will encourage new business growth, job creation not even one proposal that says Connecticut is open for business. I think the game plan for the legislature is quite obvious, its an election year, lets get in and get out, people are mad and we should just stay under the radar. So for the hardworking taxpayers and the unemployed, hit the snooze button ,turn over and go back to sleep, nothing fruitful will happen in this session.
