So the Labour party are appealing to its Scottish voters to trust them to deliver change, without anything actually knowing what that change might be. They want us to trust in them to effect that change when they win the next election. Which of course isnt a foregone conclusion. They are expecting us to take all this on trust, without a written commitment and yet they tell us we shouldnt trust the SNP to effectively deliver independence? Despite the fact that they actually HAVE put their ideas and promises on paper. Now it seems to me that the future can never be certain, but forgive me if I prefer to place my trust in a party who, at least went to the trouble of creating a policy document. Rather than blind faith in the one who lists a few vague promises, on the back of a fag packet, whilst racing up to Scotland on the train after hearing they might actually lose the referendum!
