So the goofy kid who always calls in was at work last night. I ask him if would like to take my Friday night shift and he could make up for the night he lost. He flat out said no and told me he always has Thursdays and Fridays off and he does stuff and then he told me he plans on calling in Saturday night. I did make my mind up at that point as to whether I would work all Friday night...certainly not. So I am officially done. I was asked by HR to write a report about the wanna be manager who has supposedly caused a number of employees to leave, quitting their job. Hes a goof ball but he was unable to intimidate me. It went the other way around actually. So the report I wrote had much more to do with the kids who keep calling in and the slave labor and slave wages from Corporate. It surprised me that HR asked me to write up a report, but its cool. I did not rip apart the wanna be manager..he has enough to deal with. Hes just a silly individual. They will be 2 people short handed Friday night and it is not my problem. Its time to slap the kids with some write ups. I have more serious things to be responsible for and those kids are not part of the plan.
