So, the past 2 nights have been 2 of the very best ever!! Literally the time of my life... (yes awful joke) The SP X mas Extravaganza was unbelievable... joining in the Rascals last hurrah and taking part in the teachers dance for the first time! Then the whole crazy Legend of the Year thing is about the most amazing way to enter the last week of my 20s I could imagine! there are so many people more deserving of the title. I feel like ill just have to do loads more next year to try and justify it. Then Last night, at Kings Cross christmas party!! It had everything. 10 piece swing band thanks to Stefan, Peter and the London Gay Big Band plus Corina and her gorgeous voice. Mulled wine, tonnes of food, inappropriate swing moves all over the place, an epic Jam circle that had crazy amounts of energy, the Blindfold Jack and Jill, an ace birthday cake from the super-talented and kind Hannah and to top it off, a 7 minute birthday dance to the band- Ending of course with Shani whos brainchild this awesome night was. Downing the Prosecco with the guys as we were being kicked out of the pub. Some Monday night that was!! With Michaela and Shani I have the two coolest teaching partners ever. It the best thing, being able to work with these REAL LEGENDS on a weekly basis. Cant believe there can be any fun left to be had. But there is. Swing Patrol Angel tonight with Judith Rosenberg, Swing Patrol Brixton Hill christmas party on Thursday and my 30th Birthday Party party on Friday. Im worn out just thinking about it! :-)
