So this has been bothering me all day. Someone messaged Alaynas page and asked how to get over the loss of a child. Thats normal. I get that a lot. BUT... She said they had to interrupt the pregnancy at 20 weeks due to his health problems. To me, that sounds like they chose to terminate the pregnancy. They pushed termination when I was pregnant with Alayna and said all these bad things that would/could happen. We decided to go forward and give her a chance at life. We got almost ten amazing months with her. She said I know our situations are different but we both lost a piece of us. I know termination is a personal choice...but one of the worst things to do is ask a grieving mother how to get over the loss of a child when the loss of the child was a choice. I obviously dont know every detail about their life..but she even put how he was kicking already... Sighhhhhhh..the way we lost Alayna vs termination is so different. I just am so bothered -_-
