So this morning I zoom around the corner in one of the aisles.. and splat! flat on the concrete floor. Foot got caught on something. Came down on R knee, L hip elbow n shoulder. Tough old bird that I am I got right back up too, lol. Did incident report / workmans comp paperwork after s/o notified lead n weekend shift mgr.. worked mostly w 1 hand today as what seems most affected is L upper arm. Couldve been way worse but def need to be getting the arm checked out, tomorrow.. with not much of a clue where to start. CareWorks website doesnt list providers.. so do i need to be looking through the list of our insurance carrier? I dont get sick much, or hurt, plus I be a furreigner unfamiliar with this stuff. Feedback anyone?
