So this week I previously spoke about pull overs. So I had a little trip to Ultimate Fitness in Birmingham today. Made the most of the of old school and very cool pullover machine!! Top of the movement the stretch, hold for 3 seconds. Lift the weight, at the bottom of the lift the contraction hold for 3 seconds. I try to keep my chest up at all times as I feel it more on my lats. I use an under hand grip and push the weight with my elbows and not my wrists. After 10 solid reps, 10 partials at the contracted portion of the rep (the bottom) followed by 10 partials at the stretched portion of the rep (the top) followed by one big slow squeezed all out final rep!
