So to everybody that is a thinking person and watched the Bill Nye/Ken Ham debate, I would have to say I think Bill Nye won. However, as a fairly well-read individual, I would have to credit Nyes skill as a debater/ Ken Hams lack of skill to be the reasoning. Ultimately a debate on Creationism vs Evolution is futile. One cannot simply just look at one small piece of scientific/theological pie without talking about the other, more foundational questions that ultimately form the premise of the debate. Ken Ham cited the Bible too much of his debate, which I do not have a problem with, but I do understand that without validating with EVIDENCE the authority of the Bible, his arguments dont hold much weight. Biblical authority is a whole, lengthy debate topic in itself. But this debate may be at the core of it all, with the simple question being does God exist?
