So today I had an interesting occurrence that reminds me how easy it is these days for someone to find things out about us. I ordered Reagan a dress from a company I had never done business with before. Its been 3 weeks and I havent received it. My inquiry sparked an awful conversation with the shop owner when I expressed my frustration over her response. (she claimed it was back ordered and backorders take 2-3 weeks. its been 3 weeks and there were pictures posted to the page of little girls wearing their dresses they received this past weekend) She couldnt give me a ship date and when I told her how frustrating it was she offered me a refund that I accepted. I offered her unsolicited advice about this situation since I had received a message from someone I dont know telling me not to do business with her since she never received her order and it had been 6 months. And now here I was having a similar issue and it just so happens my sister is also having a similar issue having waited a month for an item she still hasnt received.(I had since dismissed this message thinking some angry person with too much time on their hands) I only pointed it out when she told me I was being ridiculous over a 12.99 dress. She had offered me a refund in 7 days that wasnt ok with me. It was a pay-pal purchase and shouldnt take 7 days. I paid her promptly for the dress when invoiced I expected a refund in the same amount of time. From my paypal she was able to find my Midwife Page and threatened to write me a bad review because she felt I was unprofessional for attacking her business practices. What a nightmare.
