So today, I was taking pictures of some freights because thats something I like to do. A railroad worker pulled up next to me and told me he could not have me taking pictures of the trains because it was illegal. I politely asked when this law came about and he said 9/11 (lol). I didnt want to be rude and truthfully wasnt aware if there were or were not laws against taking pictures of trains so I said ok and left. When I got home I checked to see what the case was on photographers rights. If you are a photographer or someone who likes taking pictures, read your rights and know your stuff!
