So today as I step from the shower and do not see my beloved - TopicsExpress

So today as I step from the shower and do not see my beloved Foster waiting patiently for me to dry off, I have to wonder where he went to? What could take him away from this part of our cohabitation ritual of me showering and him trying to figure why I stand in a glass box that makes rain. Then I realize someone had been knocking at the door, and ringing the bell. I yell, Be right there! Go, don a robe and meet a patient delivery person who asked why my dog didnt bark at the door. I sign for my package and explain that it was a behavior that would not have been inappropriate, and as such I never rewarded any indication of such. They shook their head and hurried off. Reflecting on my words now, I see just another life lesson that my pedigree black dog was teaching me. He knows that he is safe here. He knows that I will protect him and watch over him. There is no need to bark, to growl, show aggression or fear. Foster knows, My Tim-Bo has got this! So I will just meet with eager inquisitiveness whatever/whoever waits on the other side of the door to enter our home. So when something or someone is knocking on the door of your life, dont meet them with alarm, barking, snarls and fear. You are watched over. You are protected. The one watching over you has got this got this. Meet those opportunities with eager inquiry and all will be well.
