So, today we started cleaning out our lockers at the shop for a remodel. I came across an old scare strap. No safety clips, and almost wore out. Im guessing I had hung it in there when the reg came down that you couldnt climb with a safety without safety latches. My question is, how many out there has actually wore out a safety, down to the red? With all the new regs, Im just curious if there is Lineman out there that remember when climbing EVERYDAY was your job, and you looked forward to doing so?? - thanks Allan
