So tonight something happened to me that hasnt happen in 25 years! I ran out of gas driving my 17 year old step daughters car! Luckily I was able to coast into the gas station. I pulled in and laughed me butt off! It reminded me of the summer of cruising around on fumes with Wally Wright Marty Smith Woodman Page Billy Rolfe Tim Byers Ryan Beutler and how simple life was. Gas was under $1! We didnt have cell phones we didnt have snap chat or internet. Heck I only had a m radio in my car! We didnt even know what a selfie was! We usually put all are change together just to cruise around! We would just hang out in a grocery store parking lot and chill some times. My favorite was just cruzin around with the windows down and crankin up some vanhalen! The best part is I had the money to put the gas in the car tonight but waited to long. Im glad I did! It gave me a chance to feel 17 again! And btw Ally Vaughn your gas tank is full so when you get home put your phone down and go cruise with your friends!
