So update on Miss Chlo. Some of the IQ testing came back and Dolly is functioning at about a 3 year old level. Back when they did the testing in 2009/2010 she was at a score of 73 for the IQ, todays score was at a 71. She has progressed in some areas which is great news, but not a whole lot in other areas. A lot of her behavioral and acting outs are the doctor said that of how a toddlers acts. Doctor was also very unpleased with how Chloe has been treated in school. He said a child with her disability SHOULD NOT be getting label as having naughty behaviors and getting suspended and detention. Doctor said hes going to be setting up a conference with the school to take farther action. It was a long emotional 4 hours of testing today plus our crappy start to our day. Tomorrows appointment will be focused on why Miss Dolly is in so much pain all the time. Its pretty much going to be a head-to-toe assessment. Through it all though Miss Chloe still seems to smile, laugh, be happy, full of energy, and thats what keeps this momma still going! #joubertsyndrome
