So we decide to walk a little tonight and shop in some of the local souvenir stores. Thought we would get fast food tonight, no crowds, no long waiting lines, just Wendys. I order our food and tell the guy, its for here. He tells me that he will put everything in a bag because he is the one who has to clean up all the trays tonight and hes not going to put my food on a tray. After they messed up almost our entire order, I go back to the counter to see about getting it fixed. When I asked the employee about it, he shrugs his shoulders and walks off. Needless to say, Im sure he now wishes he would have been a tad bit nicer and had given us a tray. We left all our leftovers spread across three tables so he could clean up the mess!! Whatever happened to customer service!! How rude!
