So we have an election on the way. Options are not good, lunatic fringe to lunatic fringe. Conservative that will say anything to keep themselves in power for another 5 years. Labour that have such a week and weedy leadership it makes beige wall paper interesting. The Lib-dems everyone takes the piss out of. Ukip a bunch of nutters that think they can run a country because they watched panorama once. and can spell poo. The greens that seem to have as many hidden agendas as Ukip but they are made of hemp and will eventually tax bacon. Looking back at the last years of government I realised there actually has been a party that has tried to do good and been lambasted for it. The Liberals had a hard choice to make and they made it. If they had been in the same position neither the Labour or Conservative parties would have made that choice. We would have had another and then probably another election and the economy would have been down the pan. They have stopped the conservatives from being even more twatish than they could have been. They pushed through some social and equality stuff that would probably been sunk by the tory back benchers. They pushed the tax limits up for low earning. Yes they broke promises. But so has every other party in power. I am not looking forward to the results of this years elections. I think we may see a hung Parliament again. The result of that will mean that some of the fringe nutters having more say for their few mps that they are actually worth.
