So, what hasnt Hollywood re-made, re-booted, or re-imagined yet that GENUINELY surprises you? Dont just throw titles out there; its gotta be something that you think Hollywood WOULD re-do, but hasnt yet. For myself, Im surprised they havent tried to re-make Lassie; its got that feel-good, family-friendly, and-the-dog-could-be-CGI thing going on that would make it the perfect summer kids movie. I mean, hell, they re-made Dennis the Menace back in the 90s... Also, if they made new versions of Miami Vice and Knight Rider, then wherez Airwolf or Magnum PI...? Or has Hollywood learned that lesson?
