So, whilst out on a Youtube jaunt, where I had been checking out neato informative videos on geography, history, technology, etc..., I came upon this thought provoking one on automation. This kind of stuff has already hit positions that Ive worked before (Master Control is now way less a full time position than that of something like an automation herder - nowadays this spot hires for way cheaper and there are a lot less of them. IT Support and helpdesky type jobs (another one that Ive been farting around in) are also easily next on the chopping block. Indeed, it seems that the more time goes on, I get hired more for oddball skills that I have picked up along the way rather than regular stuff that exists on my resume.
